Hello! I got back at 8am yesterday. Phew! It was a wonderful trip!
The highlights:
Red light district in Amsterdam
Riding bikes around Vondelpark
Tivoli gardens in Copenhagen
The Eiffel tower in Paris
Notre Dame in Paris!
I climbed lots of things hahaha, Westerkerk in Amsterdam, and in Paris - the arc, Notre Dame, Eiffel, and Sacre Coure
Sorry if im spelling anything wrong.
Notre Dame was awesome! Breathtaking, I was up with all the gargoyles! :):)
Ohh, i also went to the Moulin Rouge!

Am in Hong Kong! The shopping is great here, at the moment Im wearing a little lacy lolita-type number. :)
The ads in this place are amazing... not the actual ads, I suppose, but the number of them! Geez! EVERYWHERE! And also, the streets of Kowloon at night are as bright as day.
LOL also, Im leaving tonight on a 12:30am flight! hahaha okay!

Blurtle from creative writer. Prompt: It glistened... Time allowed: 15 mins.
It glistened. It caught the sun from where it sat in the long, untamed meadow glass by the edge of the forest and it called out, a beacon to her. The small girl had strayed far from where her family was picnicing near the stream, seeing the glinting shine and following it. Her full blue dress ruffled in the sweeping gusts of air that whooshed from the thick barrier of trees ahead of her. Her long black hair flipped up and loosened from her plait, strands licking up over her shoulders and gently across her face, as if she were swimming under water.
"Sara!" her mothers voice called out, drifting, a tinkling bell on the breeze. It was distant, boxed out from her.
Her dark eyes were pinned to the glinting. Her small bare feet crunched the fresh cool grass, and the border of the forest began to rear up in front of her, towering over her. Her eyes flicked up vaguely, seeing the early fall's toll on the trees, a pile of threadbare wooden arms and trunks, leaves clinging haphazardly atop the silent, waiting forest.
"Sara?" it was a distant chime now. Barely even heard. Not even competing with the call of the tiny brilliant flash in the grass.
The glistening in the grass was no brighter than it had been when she had looked over from the stream, although she'd come so far. The wind rustled the thick forest trees. Her dark hair flipped over her small face and she shook her head to clear her sight. She reached out for the glistening, fingers outstretched.
Wind rattled through the bodies of the trees. The arms shuddered and a few more dried leaves fell towards the ground.
"Sara?"

Boink!
- He looked at the scrabble board illuminated on his computer screen and frowned. He peered at the new blob of letters that had been placed in a vertical stripe.
The frown deepened.
The thud thud of the music he was listening to faded to a tinny background murmur from the computer speakers.
His lips formed the sound the new letters made, disbelief making his mouth slow.
The skin above his brows began to track into deep furrowed lines.
"QIS is NOT a word!" he suddenly exploded. "WHAT the hell?" -
That feels better. And quite topical for me as well.
And thank you for everyone who wrote back to me last entry, keep an eye on either me or bittersweet_art's journal, we will be posting some info about the up and coming group soon! (we decided to make a community for the group of us. Be ready to participate, I know it will be a lot of fun!!)

So, ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) bittersweet_art and I were thinking it would be fun to have a sort of book challenge, where you had to read x amount of books before july for example, maybe 20 or so? And maybe you'd have to choose a small number books to read from a preset list (or more!). And also if people were interested we could make a group where you could review or recommend books for this group and have discussions like a book club.
Would anyone be interested? Or should B_A and I just challenge each other? :)
Please let me know! I think it could be fun and Im hoping awesome!

It was bloody brilliant by the way, but note: Angela from Bones in randomly in the last scene. She doesnt say anything, shes on screen for like five seconds.
